Nikola Klisovic

Nikola Klisovic has a diverse work experience, starting in 1996 as an intern in the Foreign Credit Relations Department at the Croatian National Bank. From 2000 to 2003, they worked as a Law Trainee at Law Firm Cirkveni. Nikola then joined Croatian Telecom Inc. in 2003 and held various roles, including Assistant Director in the Corporate Regulatory Affairs Department and Compliance Officer. Notable projects during their time at Croatian Telecom Inc. included the acquisition of Iskon Internet and the bidding for Telekom Slovenije. In 2006, Klisovic became a Member of the Supervisory Board and representative in the Shareholders' Assembly at Croatian Telecom Ltd. and Croatian Post Ltd. until 2009. From 2009 to 2022, they served as the Director of Legal Affairs and Compliance Officer at VIPnet d.o.o. Currently, they hold the position of Director Of Legal Affairs and Director of Wholesale at A1 Hrvatska d.o.o.

Nikola Klisovic completed their undergraduate degree in Law from the Law School at the University of Zagreb between 1994 and 2000. Nikola then obtained a Bar Exam qualification in Law from the Ministry of Justice in Croatia in 2003.
