Silvana Madunic

Silvana Madunic has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies.

Silvana started their career at INTERNATIONAL MANAGEMENT GROUP as a Finance Assistant from June 1995 to June 1996. Silvana then served as the Deputy Head of Finance Office from July 1996 to February 2000.

After that, they joined VIPnet d.o.o., where they held various roles. Silvana started as a Controlling Specialist from February 2000 to June 2002. Silvana then became a Projects and Business Cases Manager and played a crucial role in establishing project management and projects controlling at the company. Silvana introduced processes and documentation, created project management guidelines and business case guidelines from July 2002 to April 2006. Following that, they worked as a Strategy and Projects Controlling Expert from May 2006 to September 2011. Finally, they served as an Acquisition and Integration Principal from October 2011 to April 2017.

Currently, Silvana Madunic is working at A1 Hrvatska d.o.o. Silvana started as a Business Transformation Principal in May 2017, responsible for the transformation/integration project of Metronet d.o.o. Silvana then became a Senior Strategy Project Manager from May 2021 to November 2023. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Internal Audit & Compliance, starting in November 2023.

Throughout their career, Silvana Madunic has gained extensive experience in finance, strategy, projects management, and business transformation.

Silvana Madunic attended the University of Zagreb, Faculty of Economics from 1988 to 1994. In 2005, they also studied Project Management at IEDC - Bled School of Management.
