Shawn Kelly Mba, Set

Shawn Kelly has a diverse work experience in various leadership roles within the security systems and fire protection industry. Shawn started their career at Northwestern Ohio Security Systems as General Manager for ten years. Shawn then worked at Arc One, LLC as Director of Field Services, where they focused on building a centralized engineering service center to support multiple branch offices. Following that, they joined SimplexGrinnell as Operations Manager, overseeing a $17 million construction operation and managing electronic fire protection and sprinkler systems. Currently, Shawn is serving as Director of Operations at A1 Sprinkler & Systems Integration. Additionally, they have contributed to the industry as a member of the Board at A1 Spirit Foundation.

Shawn Kelly, MBA, SET has a strong educational background. Shawn obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Wright State University between 1990 and 1995. Later, they pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Finance from the same university between 2003 and 2005. In addition to their formal education, Shawn Kelly has also earned several certifications in various areas such as special hazards suppression systems, fire alarm, OSHA 10, Six Sigma Green Belt, and numerous licenses related to fire safety and engineering in the State of Ohio and Kentucky.
