Michael Weingartshofer

Michael Weingartshofer has extensive experience in the telecommunications sector, currently serving as the Head of IP & Datacenter Connectivity at A1 Telekom Austria AG since November 2019. Prior roles at A1 Telekom Austria include Head of Service & Core and various leadership positions in Strategic Planning and Engineering, Network & Security Architecture, and Architecture & Design from 2000 to 2017. Earlier in their career, Weingartshofer worked as a Network Architect at A1 Telekom Austria and held positions as a Product Manager at Alcatel Austria and Unternehmensberater at Gutwinski Umweltmanagement. Weingartshofer holds a Diplom in Technischer Umweltschutz from Technische Universität Wien and Universität für Bodenkultur, and a Diplom in Elektrotechnik Nachrichtentechnik from Technische Universität Wien.
