Doris Sturm

Doris Sturm is a seasoned professional in Learning & Development and Human Resources with extensive experience at A1 Telekom Austria Group since November 2015, currently serving as a Senior Expert in Digital Learning and Project Management. In this role, Doris leads group HR projects, develops and implements digital learning strategies and tools, and conducts L&D programs while also managing employer branding and talent acquisition initiatives. Previously, Doris worked in HR Talent Acquisition at A1 Telekom Austria AG and held an HR Specialist position at GE Money Bank/Santander Consumer Bank, focusing on people development and internal communication. Doris holds a Magister degree in Psychology from the University of Vienna and is a certified Employer Brand Manager from the Deutsche Employer Branding Academy.
