Benson Christensen

Benson Christensen is a Commercial Real Estate Loan Analyst at Money360 since January 2023. Previously, from April 2021 to August 2022, Benson served as an Acquisition Analyst at Alturas Capital Partners, focusing on underwriting deals and assisting with asset management for a fund with approximately 550 million in assets under management. Earlier experience includes a role as a Project Assistant at Crush The Curve Idaho and a Marketing Specialist for Mickelsen Accents-Masonry Company, where efforts centered on launching outdoor product lines. Benson began in the construction field as a Custom Homes Assistant at Christensen Homes, gaining hands-on experience in various construction skills. Additionally, a personal lawn care business, Christensen Brothers Mowing, was operated from January 2013 to April 2016. Benson holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance with an emphasis in Real Estate from Brigham Young University and obtained a Real Estate License from the Idaho Real Estate School.
