Ashini Parikh

Ashini Parikh has a diverse work history in the field of human resources. Ashini started their career as an HR Executive at IndianIncorp in 2010 and then worked as an HR & Corporate Communication Executive at VMukti Solutions Pvt. Ltd. In 2011. Ashini then joined Ganesh Housing Corporation Ltd as an HR Officer, where they handled various HR operations and promoted equality and diversity within the organization.

In 2015, Ashini joined EITAcies Inc as an HR Associate, where they partnered with stakeholders to execute demand planning and participated in IT recruitment. Ashini also managed HR documents and records. Ashini then moved to Persistent Systems as a Human Resources Trainee for a brief period before returning to the company as a Senior Executive in Human Resources. Throughout their career, Ashini has gained expertise in employee engagement, performance management, onboarding, benefits coordination, and HRIS administration. Ashini has also developed skills in content writing and data analysis.

Ashini Parikh attended Mount Carmel Convent School, although the start and end dates are unknown. Ashini later pursued a Masters in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from IBS Pune, completing their degree between 2008 and 2010.
