Emily Russell

Emily Russell is a seasoned professional in human resources and people management, currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist at Skiles Group since October 2025. Prior to this role, Emily held various leadership positions at LP Analyst, including Director of People and Culture and Minister of Culture/Operations Manager from December 2020 to November 2025. Emily's earlier experience includes acting as an International Intern and Platform Manager at Cru, and a Financial Aid Advisor at Texas A&M University, where responsibilities included advising individuals on educational financial solutions and managing financial aid processes. Emily’s career began with a role as a Children’s Ministry Fellow at Grace Bible Church, focusing on leadership training and program development. Emily holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Texas A&M University, earned in 2016.
