Yumei Lin

Yumei Lin has a strong background in engineering, primarily working in the field of ASIC design. Yumei started their career at Trident Microsystems in 1995 as a Senior ASIC Design Engineer. From there, they joined Ascend Communications in 1998 as a Senior ASIC Design Engineer, where they stayed until 2000 when the company was acquired by Lucent. Yumei then joined Foundry Networks in 2000 as a Member of Technical Staff, where they worked until 2008. In 2009, they transitioned to Brocade Communications as an ASIC Design Engineer and later became the ASIC Engineering Manager from 2010 to 2011. Yumei's most recent experience is as a Staff FPGA Engineer at A10 Networks, starting from February 2012.

Yumei Lin pursued their education in the field of Electrical Engineering. Yumei completed their Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) from National Taiwan University between 1989 and 1993. Following this, they obtained their Master of Science in Electrical Engineering (MSEE) from the University of Washington, where they studied from 1993 to 1994.
