Caitlin Weber

Caitlin Weber is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in user experience, service design, and product design across various organizations, including A1M Solutions and Ad Hoc LLC. Currently serving as Director of Design II at A1M Solutions, Caitlin has led key projects related to open data catalogs and initiatives for the Center for Medicaid and CHIP Services. Previous roles include Principal Designer for various teams at Ad Hoc LLC, where Caitlin guided user experience projects in the health sector, and Creative Director at the Sunlight Foundation, where a user-centered design approach was fostered. With a Master of Arts in Social Design from the Maryland Institute College of Art and a BA in Graphic Design from Western Washington University, Caitlin has also contributed to numerous freelance projects and educational initiatives.
