Dawn L. Low

Dawn L. Low is a seasoned UX professional with extensive experience in directing design and research teams across various organizations. Currently serving as a Senior UX Design Manager at A1M Solutions, Dawn leads a team of nine in supporting federal government initiatives related to healthcare. Previous roles include UX Design Lead & Manager for the Center for Medicaid & CHIP Services, where Dawn advanced human-centered design practices, and Director of User Experience Design at Opternative, overseeing user experience for a startup. As the founder and director of Raks Geek/Raks Inferno, Dawn combines artistic direction with management for a circus/dance company.
