Fancheng Guo

Fancheng Guo has a diverse work experience in talent acquisition and talent engagement. In 2017, Fancheng worked as a Recruitment Manager at CreditEase Wealth Management. From 2019 to 2022, Fancheng served as a Senior Talent Engagement Manager at Diageo, focusing on Greater China and North Asia. Currently, Fancheng holds the role of Talent Acquisition Lead at The a2 Milk Company, starting in 2023.

Fancheng Guo completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a concentration in HRM from the University of Illinois Chicago from 2012 to 2014.
