Alessia Testa

Alessia Testa currently serves as a member of the IMPACT COMMITTEE at POLIMI Graduate School of Management since April 2025. Since December 2021, Alessia has been the responsible buyer for Water Cycle, Public Lighting, Smart City, and E-Mobility at a2a, focusing on procurement activities, team management, and process optimization. Prior experience includes a role as Head of Purchasing at LINEA GROUP HOLDING S.P.A., where responsibilities spanned procurement in gas distribution, electric energy, and waste treatment sectors, alongside team management and strategy development. Alessia has also held positions such as Senior Buyer and Banking Officer, and has experience in event organization and foreign commercial activities. Academic credentials include an Executive MBA from POLIMI Graduate School of Management and various specialized courses in procurement and communication.
