Mauro Ghilardi

Mauro Ghilardi serves as Direttore People & Transformation at A2A since July 2020, overseeing HR, organizational initiatives, and various operational excellence projects across the group. Ghilardi holds multiple board positions, including as a board member for Fondo Pensione Pegaso and A2A AMBIENTE S.P.A., and serves as President of the board at A2A Services & Real Estate and Aprica Spa. Previously, Ghilardi led People & Organization Global Staff Functions at Enel Group and served as Group CHRO for Ferrovie dello Stato Italiane S.p.A. Ghilardi's educational background includes a Master's degree in Economics/Business from Università Bocconi and participation in executive programs at prestigious institutions such as Harvard Business School, The Wharton School, London Business School, Dartmouth, and Stanford University.
