Hilary Hill

Hilary Hill has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Head of HR (Business Partnering) at A2Dominion Group since June 2004, with previous roles in the organization including Head of HR (Operations), HR Business Partner, HR Manager, and HR Advisor. Prior experience includes serving as HR Manager at Donaldson from May 1999 to October 2001 and HR Adviser at Smith & Nephew from June 1992 to May 1999. Hilary holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Social Sciences from The Open University (1990-1993) and a Bachelor of Arts (BA Hons) in English & Classical Studies from the University of Hull (1981-1984), along with further education at the University of Lincolnshire & Humberside (1996-1998).
