Patrícia Valente

Patrícia Valente currently serves as the Head of Talent and HR Business Partnering at novobanco, a position held since 2023. Patrícia's experience includes roles as Human Resources Director at Glintt, Alliance Healthcare Portugal, and DPD Portugal, with a consistent emphasis on driving business results and implementing strategic HR initiatives. Early career roles included positions in training and development at Schering-Plough/MSD and various consultancy roles. Patrícia holds an Executive Leadership Program certification from Nova School of Business and Economics, a postgraduate degree in Human Resources Management from Universidade do Minho, and a licentiate degree in International Management from Atlântico Business School.
