Rachel Bowden

Rachel Bowden is an experienced professional in governance, risk management, and assurance, currently serving as the Founder and Director of ThinkingAudit Ltd since October 2016. Rachel is also a Member of the Board of Trustees for The National Autistic Society and holds the position of Board member and Chair of the Audit, Risk and Assurance Committee at A2Dominion Group. Previously, Rachel was a member of the Professional Certifications Board at The Institute of Internal Auditors Inc. and served on the Group Board and as Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee at Housing Plus Group. Other notable roles include Partner at RSM UK in Risk Assurance, Technical Director at RSM Bentley Jennison's Risk Management Division, and chairing the Guidance Working Group at the Chartered Institute of Internal Auditors. Rachel earned a BEng (Hons) in Civil Engineering from the University of Surrey.
