Luke Das-Gupta

Luke Das-Gupta has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as a Senior Manager for HR Controlling and Systems at A2MAC1 - Decode the future since 2023. Before that, they worked as a Senior Manager for Human Capital - HR Transformation at Deloitte from July 2022 to February 2023. Prior to that, Luke held various roles at Sodexo, starting as a Lead Data Analyst from April 2008 to February 2010. Luke then worked as an MI Analyst from February 2010 to December 2013, where they were responsible for HR Management Information for Sodexo UK & Ireland. From December 2013 to August 2016, Luke was a Group HRIS Project Manager, overseeing global HRIS projects and implementing solutions. Luke then served as the Group HRIS Manager from September 2016 to March 2019 before becoming the Employee Experience Systems (HRIS) Director from March 2019 to July 2022. Throughout their career, Luke has demonstrated expertise in HR strategy, HR transformation, system implementation, change management, and data analysis.

Luke Das-Gupta completed a Certification in Human Resource Management from The University of Salford from 2006 to 2007. Luke also obtained a PRINCE2 Practitioner certification from APMG-International in November 2015.
