Mrinal Kanti Halder

Mrinal Kanti Halder has a diverse range of work experience. Mrinal Kanti worked as a Consultant in Software & IT Service Cost-Value Engineering at A2MAC1 - Decode the future from January 2023 onwards. Previously, they worked as a Working Student in the FBA Department at Salomon & Fischer GmbH und Co. OHG from October 2021 to December 2022. In 2020, Mrinal worked as a Business Development and Project Support professional at ACEEU, where they collaborated with partner organizations, supported and coordinated innovation teams, and developed project proposals. Mrinal Kanti also gained experience as a Working Student at LGI Logistics Group International GmbH and STUDITEMPS GmbH from May 2020 to September 2020 and from May 2017 to September 2020, respectively. Prior to that, Mrinal worked as a Student Job at Amazon.de for a short period in November-December 2014, where they were responsible for packing products and fixing bar code stickers. Mrinal Kanti also worked as a Marketing Assistant at Country Tourism from June 2013 to July 2014, contributing to marketing plans, analyzing market data, and compiling financial information. Before that, they interned as a Human Resources Intern at Bangladesh Tourism Board from March 2013 to June 2013 and as an Intern at NCA Aero Service from June 2011 to November 2011.

Mrinal Kanti Halder has a diverse education history that spans multiple institutions and fields of study. Mrinal Kanti obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Finance and Economics from Rhine-Waal University from 2020 to 2022. Prior to that, from 2016 to 2019, they completed a Master's Degree in Sustainable Development Management at the same university.

Earlier in their academic journey, Mrinal attended the University of Dhaka, where they earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Tourism and Hospitality Management from 2012 to 2013. Mrinal Kanti also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in the same field from the University of Dhaka, which they achieved between 2008 and 2012.
