Lauren Lancini

Lauren Lancini is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in workplace operations, marketing, and event management. Currently serving as the Director of Global Workplace at Showpad since May 2019, Lauren leads strategic planning and management of the global workplace experience and operations team, implementing initiatives aligned with company goals. Prior roles include Sr. Manager of Global Workplace Operations and Experience and London Office Manager at Showpad. Additionally, Lauren is a facilitator for the #IamRemarkable initiative, promoting the empowerment of women and underrepresented groups. Lauren's background also includes roles at TrueClick Media as a Paid Campaign Analyst and Revinate as Communications & Event Marketing Manager, where success was achieved in developing integrated marketing campaigns and managing events. Lauren's early career involved positions in various organizations, including Church Street Flowers, Massoni Gallery, Rachel's Flower Power, and The UPS Store, where skills in marketing, project management, and customer engagement were developed.
