Cheila Fernandez

Cheila Fernandez has a wealth of experience in the corporate world. From 2008 to 2013, they worked as a Chief Legal Officer for a Manufacturing and Distribution Company, where they assisted the Executive Team with the negotiation of global license agreements and distribution contracts. In 2013, they moved to FORTE LA SA, taking on the role of Manager, where they were responsible for planning, directing and overseeing the operations of the operating unit. In 2016, they joined Revana as an Inside Territory Account Manager, where they planned, organized, executed, tracked sales and proposed necessary improvements and adjustments to achieve or exceed all opportunities and commercialization goals in the territory. Since 2017, they have been working at A2Q2 as an Internal Audit & SOX Manager and Senior Consultant, managing and driving compliance of Internal Controls over Financial Reporting (ICFR) program and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirements.

Cheila Fernandez obtained their Master's degree in Intellectual Property Management from the Industrial Property Cuban Office between 2006 and 2008. Cheila then obtained their Bachelor of Laws - LLB from Havana University Cuba between 1995 and 2000. Additionally, they obtained an Export Certificate from the Foreign Commerce School.
