Currently employed at Property & Casualty Services of the Southwest, Inc., Patricia specializes in quality insurance inspections and various surveys. Additional roles include conducting construction draw inspections for NORTHWEST CONSTRUCTION CONTROL, INC., offering demand letter services at United Field Chase, Inc., and performing QC inspections with A2Z Field Services. Patricia is also the Owner Operator of Johnston's Field Inspections, focusing on foreclosed home inspections and business verifications. With certifications in basic computer applications, notary public, and medical administration, Patricia combines technical knowledge with hands-on inspection expertise.
