Vicki Williams

Vicki Williams, SHRM-CP, PHR has a comprehensive HR background with experience spanning over a decade. Vicki served as HR Director at A3 Missions since 2020. Prior to that, they were the HR Manager at NIIT Technologies Limited from 2011 to 2020, where they were responsible for providing HR services, policies, and programs to support the organization's business goals. Before that, they held roles at Augusta University, including Cancer Center HR Coordinator and Human Resources Assistant II, where they played key roles in recruitment, faculty affairs, and policy development.

Vicki Williams holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Sociology/Criminology from Colorado State University Pueblo. Vicki also obtained a Master's degree in Master of Arts in Teaching from Augusta State University. In addition, Vicki has obtained certifications including SHRM-CP in 2015 and PHR in 2013.
