Shawn Loachridge

Shawn Loachridge is an experienced HR professional with over two decades of expertise in various human resource roles, primarily at Dow since August 2007. Currently serving as the Regional HR Leader, Shawn coordinates with HR technology teams and supports change initiatives while previously holding positions such as Human Resource Manager and Diversity Recruiting Manager, focused on enhancing diversity and inclusion efforts. Earlier roles included Sourcing and Global University Relations Manager, where Shawn led campus recruiting programs and developed strategies for effective hiring, and Partnered Staffing Manager at Kelly Engineering/IT Resources, providing staffing solutions for Dow. Shawn holds an MSA in Human Resources and a B.A. in Political Science from Central Michigan University.
