Krista Decker has extensive experience in traffic management and business systems analysis, currently serving as Manager of Business Systems Analysis and Traffic Manager at a4 Advertising since June 2018. In this role, Krista has been instrumental in coaching a team of traffic coordinators, managing workflow innovations, and fostering partnerships with sales partners. Previously, Krista held similar roles at Spectrum Reach and Comcast Spotlight, where management responsibilities included overseeing teams, implementing procedural improvements, and ensuring account accuracy. Krista began a career in education as a teacher at Kannapolis City Schools, and holds a Bachelor of Science in History with a Secondary Education focus from Appalachian State University.
