Luong-Ha Nguyen

Luong-Ha Nguyen is a Machine Learning Engineer at AI Redefined (AIR) since July 2022, contributing to significant increases in Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) through the development of machine learning pipelines and vision-based detection algorithms. Concurrently, as an AI/ML Applied Research Associate at Polytechnique Montréal, Luong-Ha leads a team to optimize deep neural networks and develops open-source software for Bayesian neural networks. Previous experience includes working at Shearwater Aerospace, where Luong-Ha implemented machine learning solutions for UAVs, and serving as a Postdoctoral Researcher at Polytechnique Montréal, focusing on uncertainty modeling in deep learning. Luong-Ha holds a Ph.D. and a Master’s degree in Machine Learning for Civil Engineering from Polytechnique Montréal, alongside an Engineer's degree in Civil Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from prestigious institutions.
