Thiago Silvestre has over a decade of experience in software development, specializing in backend development and system analysis. Currently serving as a Backend Developer at a55 since November 2020, Thiago provides technical guidance and leadership to the team, improving code quality and architecture while ensuring project consistency and adherence to industry best practices. Previously, at Captalys, Thiago developed financial applications to streamline operational transactions and integrated new products. Early in the career, Thiago worked at Capgemini on mainframe processes, focusing on COBOL development and system integration. Thiago began the professional journey as an intern at Banco Intercap S/A, where banking systems were automated. Thiago holds a degree in Analysis and Development of Systems from the University of São Paulo.
