Christopher B.

Christopher B. has extensive experience in the automotive and emergency road service industries, currently serving as the Director of ERS Operations for the Automobile Club of Southern California since January 2008. In this executive role, Christopher oversees a six-member team and manages a substantial external budget while implementing the Fleet Technician Incentive Program. Previous positions include Vice President of Automotive Services, where operations in five states were directed, and Regional Operations Manager for the flagship region in Orange County, California. Earlier experience includes managing contractor performance in multiple counties and founding a transportation start-up specializing in emergency road service contracts. Christopher also has a military background as a Navy SEAL, awarded the Naval Achievement Medal with Combat Valor for service in Iraq. Academically, Christopher holds an MBA from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University and a BA in Economics from California State University San Marcos.
