Joan Liu has extensive experience in IT management, currently serving as the IT Manager for Asset Management and Process Improvement and formerly as the Enterprise Application Development Manager at the Automobile Club of Southern California since July 2012. Previously, Joan held the position of Application Development Manager at Pacific Life from January 2009 to July 2012 and served as IT Manager for Content Management at CSAA from December 2001 to December 2008, overseeing various document management and development teams. Joan began a career as a Senior Programmer Analyst at CNA Insurance, specializing in group health insurance IT and working with the Facets system. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Management Information Systems and a Master's degree in Education from Northern Illinois University, as well as a Bachelor of Science in International Business from the University of International Business and Economics.
