Kevin Davis is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in infrastructure management and strategic IT consulting. Currently serving as a Sr. IT Consultant at AAA Texas, Kevin oversees an Infrastructure Team of 56 employees, developing IT strategies and policies to enhance automation and support for a $10 billion organization. Previous roles include IT Consultant, Sr. IT Services Manager at Farmer Brothers Coffee, and Director of IT at CiCis Pizza/JMC Restaurant Distribution, where Kevin implemented IT roadmaps and aligned business objectives with executive leadership. A veteran of the US Army, Kevin has also held leadership positions focused on operations and infrastructure development, supported by a degree in Management Information Systems from Texas Tech University.
