Melissa Quintana

Melissa Quintana, SCLA, currently serves as a Medicare Specialist at the Automobile Club of Southern California since November 2021. Prior to this role, Melissa held various positions at Allstate from January 2000 to August 2020, culminating as a Casualty Team Leader overseeing claim processors and ensuring timely resolution of special packages. Melissa's experience includes serving as a Performance Consultant and Team Leader, where responsibilities involved guiding Claims Service Specialists and enhancing customer service. As a Change Management Specialist, Melissa facilitated the successful implementation of a new claims platform across multiple offices. Furthermore, earlier roles included Senior Claims Adjuster and Customer Service Representative, focusing on liability claims management and customer support, respectively.
