Mike Costello

Mike Costello is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in applications development, maintenance, and program management. Currently serving as the Enterprise Service Delivery Group Manager at AAA-Auto Club Enterprises since March 2022, Mike leads 18 Scrum teams and approximately 140 employees in migrating P&C policy administration systems to Guidewire Cloud and optimizing enterprise product models. Previously at USAA for over 23 years, Mike held several senior positions, including Assistant Vice President, where responsibilities included orchestrating Agile transformations, managing a $650M project portfolio, developing operational efficiencies, and enhancing employee training programs for over 800 staff. Mike holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Information Technology from The University of Texas at San Antonio.
