Roberto Smith

Roberto Smith is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in claims processing and analysis, currently serving as a Claims System Testing Analyst at AAA Auto Club Enterprises since January 2017. In this role, Roberto collaborates with business units to enhance Guidewire processes and develops comprehensive business requirements. Additional positions at AAA include Claims Field Development Consultant, where Roberto directed training programs, and various roles in total loss claims assessment. Prior to AAA, Roberto gained valuable customer service and sales experience at AT&T, U.S. Cellular, and RadioShack, as well as in guest service at Walt Disney World. Roberto holds a Bachelor of Science in Advertising from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
