Brittney Armstrong

Brittney Armstrong has extensive experience in property management and customer service, currently serving as a Property Estimator at AAA Insurance since May 2018. Brittney has also worked at TCB Investments since May 2006 as a Business Operations and Property Manager, acting as the liaison between tenants and investors, managing various notices and enforcement issues. Prior experience includes a role as a Property Claims Adjuster at AAA from September 2015 to May 2018, and as a Customer Advocate and tech support representative at Verizon Wireless from 2012 to May 2014, where Brittney handled complex customer issues in a fast-paced environment. Brittney holds a degree in Gerontology and Social Work from San Diego State University, earned between 2008 and 2012.
