Jeremy McKechnie

Jeremy McKechnie, CPCU has extensive work experience in the insurance industry. Jeremy is currently the Director of Insurance Operations at AAA Northeast, where they oversee the service and retention operations. Jeremy focuses on driving efficiency and providing top-notch customer experience. Prior to their current role, Jeremy worked at MAPFRE for over 12 years, where they held various positions such as Manager of ECC Workforce Management, Workforce Management Supervisor, Quality Assurance Supervisor, Customer Service Supervisor, Claim Adjuster, and Customer Service Representative.

Jeremy McKechnie, CPCU has a diverse education history. In 2004, they began studying at Northpoint Bible College and completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Bible/Biblical Studies in 2007. Most recently, from 2023 to 2024, they attended Southern New Hampshire University and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA). Jeremy also holds several certifications, including a Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) certification from The Institutes, which they obtained in September 2021. Additionally, they obtained a Change Manager certification from Prosci in April 2010. Jeremy has also pursued further education in insurance, with certificates, or Associates, in General Insurance, Information Technology, and Personal Insurance from The Institute.
