Melissa Rae Brancato has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and industries. Melissa Rae began their career in 2011 at Pocono Medical Center, working in the Food and Nutrition department. In 2014, they joined Luxottica as an Optical Team Member, where they achieved financial sales goals and provided excellent customer service. Melissa Rae then moved on to Boyle Eye Specialists in 2015, serving as an Administrative Assistant and overseeing systems, customer service, and marketing arrangements. In 2016, they joined Rodale Inc. as a Digital Advertising Operations & Traffic Coordinator, managing advertising campaigns and collaborating with internal teams. In 2017, they worked at North Star Marketing as an Associate Campaign Manager, developing and managing campaign assets for various marketing channels.

Since 2018, Melissa has been with AAA Northeast, starting as a Digital Content Specialist and progressing to roles such as Lead UI/UX Specialist, Manager of Digital UI/UX & Content, and Senior Manager of Digital UI/UX. In these positions, they focused on conversion rate optimization, advanced optimization programs, machine learning campaigns, and digital CMS requests. Melissa Rae also mentored team members, analyzed trends, and conducted research for personalization tactics. Currently, they hold the role of Director of Digital Optimization at AAA Northeast and leads the strategy and planning of optimization programs using Adobe Experience Cloud solutions.

Melissa Rae Brancato completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Recreation Services Management at East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania from 2011 to 2015.
