Tanya Roland

Tanya Roland is a Learning Resources Specialist at the American Association of Critical-Care Nurses (AACN) since May 2022, where leadership is provided in the design, development, production, implementation, and evaluation of educational applications and activities, with responsibilities across multiple platforms including Docebo, Juno, and SCORM Cloud. Prior to AACN, Tanya served as the Clinical Applications Coordinator Learning Management at the University of South Alabama Health from October 2014 to May 2022, acting as the enterprise administrator for HealthStream and collaborating with HR and leadership to enhance organizational efficiency. Earlier roles include working as a CT Technologist at Providence Hospital and as a Medical X-Ray Technology Instructor at FORTIS Colleges and Institutes. Tanya holds a Master’s Degree in Educational Technology and a Bachelor’s degree in Radiologic Science, both from the University of South Alabama.
