Vincent Moulden is a lifelong resident of Anne Arundel County who grew up in Severn but later moved to Annapolis and graduated from Annapolis Senior High School. Vincent is an experienced marketing and communications professional with over a decade of experience developing innovative engagement campaigns for non-profit associations.
