Dr. Alex Hope

Dr. Alex Hope is a highly experienced academic and practitioner in the fields of sustainable development, corporate social responsibility, and business ethics. Currently serving as Vice Chair and Steering Committee Member of the AACSB Responsible Management Education Affinity Group and Deputy Faculty Pro Vice-Chancellor at Northumbria University, Dr. Hope leads strategic initiatives related to student satisfaction and engagement. With a strong background as an Associate Professor and Director of multiple programs, Dr. Hope's expertise spans teaching, research, and consultancy. Additionally, Dr. Hope is involved in several key organizations, including the United Nations-supported PRME initiative, and has held external examiner roles at multiple universities while serving as CEO and Founder of One Planet Management Ltd, focusing on sustainability training and consultancy. Dr. Hope holds a PhD in Sustainable Development and has earned various degrees, including an MA in Academic Practice.
