Noel Mascarenhas

Noel Mascarenhas has extensive work experience in the marketing and finance industry. Noel is currently the Head of Marketing at Aadhar Housing Finance Ltd. Prior to this, they worked as the Vice President at Motilal Oswal Home Loans for a brief period. Before that, Noel held the position of Vice President Marketing at Aspire Home Finance Corporation Limited (AHFCL) for two years. Noel also had a long tenure at Motilal Oswal Financial Services Ltd, where they served as Vice President Marketing and Associate Vice President - Marketing. At this company, Noel was responsible for various marketing and engagement initiatives, including home loans, corporate marketing communication, private wealth management, and more. Before joining Motilal Oswal, they worked at Motilal Oswal Securities Ltd in various marketing roles, including Senior Manager, Manager, and Assistant Manager. Their early career included a role as Sales Support at HDFC Standard Life, where they were responsible for contest support, marketing logistics, and MIS development.

Noel Mascarenhas completed their schooling from St. John the Evangelist High School between the years 1989 and 1998. Noel then pursued their graduation in Commerce from Tolani College of Commerce from 1998 to 2003. Later, they attended Welingkar's Institute of Management & Research from 2006 to 2009, where they obtained a degree in MMM with a specialization in Marketing.
