Bob Charboneau

Immediate Past President at AAF Greater Rochester

Bob Charboneau has over 20 years of work experience in various roles. Bob started their career as a Salesperson at Ski Company Mountain Sports in 1999. In 2004, they joined Dixon Schwabl Advertising as a Production Manager/ Special Projects, where they worked as a link between the creative and account teams and printers, manufacturers, craftsmen/women, and producers. Bob then progressed to the role of Senior Production Manager and eventually became the Director of Production, where they focused on developing staff members and processes to enhance design and production. In 2014, they briefly worked as a Coach at Dale Carnegie Training. In 2017, they joined RAF Connect as the President and later moved into the role of Immediate Past President, providing advisory oversight for the Rochester Advertising Federation. Additionally, they worked as a Certified Trainer, Server, and Backwaiter at P.F. Chang's China Bistro from 2004 to 2013.

Bob Charboneau earned a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design from the Rochester Institute of Technology from 2000 to 2003. Prior to that, they completed their Regents degree in Art at Honeoye Falls Lima from 1994 to 1998. Additionally, they obtained several certifications such as Logo Design in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Lightroom 5 from StackSkills, Hubspot Inbound Marketing Certified from HubSpot in 2019, and Google Analytics Advanced and Beginner Certifications from Google in 2020.
