Kyle Strang

Kyle Strang has a robust background in customer service and assistance, currently serving as a Survivor Assistance Representative at AAFMAA since April 2018, after previously holding the role of Policy Services Representative within the same organization. Prior experience includes a brief tenure as a Warehouse Lead at TForce Final Mile and a creative position as a Videographer for the Radford on Camera Club, where Kyle was responsible for filming and editing videos. Earlier career experience includes a tenure in customer service at Nordstrom. Kyle Strang holds a Bachelor of Science in Communication and Media Studies with a focus on Production Technology from Radford University, completed between 2014 and 2016.
