Geetika Rana Tangra

Geetika Rana Tangra has a diverse range of work experience in the hospitality and human resources industries. Geetika started their career as an HR Associate at HCL Perot Systems in 2000 and later worked as an AGM at Diplomat Hotel Corporation from 2002 to 2004. Geetika then joined Perot Systems TSI as an HR Manager, where they handled recruitment, employee rewards, benefits, and policy implementation. In 2005, they took on the role of General Manager at IHG - Holiday Inn Express, where they successfully managed hotel operations and drove revenue growth. Geetika later worked as a General Manager at Country Inn & Suites from 2010 to 2012. Geetika'smost recent role is as the Vice President of Membership & HR at AAHOA since December 2012.

Geetika Rana Tangra completed their Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management from Presidency College from 1994 to 1997. Geetika then pursued an MBA in HR & IT from Amity University from 1997 to 1999. Prior to that, from 1988 to 1992, Geetika attended St Mary's convent, however, no specific degree or field of study is mentioned during that time.
