Sean P Tibbetts

Sean P Tibbetts, CHA, currently serves as the Senior Director of Education at AAHOA, starting in February 2025, where the focus is on designing and leading innovative educational programs for hotel owners and professionals. Prior to this role, Sean spent nearly two decades at Choice Hotels International, holding various positions including Learning Facilitator and Property Systems Performance Trainer, where responsibilities involved training hotel staff on operational skills and providing on-site support for property management systems. Earlier experience includes serving as Operations Manager for McKibbon Hotel Management and various leadership roles at Interstate Hotels & Resorts. Sean's educational background includes studies at Florida State College at Jacksonville and Duncan U Fletcher High School.
