Stephanie Schoch has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Stephanie began their career as an Intern Technical Writer/Technical Publications Assistant at Intel in 1989. Stephanie went on to work at various companies, including INTERSOLV, Autodesk, Niku Corporation, Shaman Corporation, Novare Software, Ariba Inc., NetBase Solutions Inc., and Quid.

Throughout their career, Stephanie has held roles such as Director of Editorial Content, Software Product Designer, Lead Technical Writer, Director of Documentation and Training, Manager of Documentation and Curriculum Development, and Director of Education and Certification.

Stephanie'sresponsibilities have included managing teams, developing content management systems, designing user interfaces, implementing documentation and training strategies, and delivering product documentation and courseware offerings for different companies.

Stephanie's work at Quid involved driving the vision and strategic direction for self-service education resources and certification. Stephanie built and managed a team responsible for creating self-service resources, designed content architecture and user experience for a learning portal, developed and managed a certification program, and generated business intelligence and analytics to measure the impact of self-service resources and certification.

In their role at Ariba Inc., Stephanie defined, communicated, and implemented a new documentation and training strategy for the company when it transitioned its focus from installed applications to on-demand applications.
