Stefan Liechtenstein

Stefan Liechtenstein is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in diplomacy and corporate governance. Since March 2021, Stefan has served as a Member of the Board of Directors at Applied AI Corporation. With a diplomatic career spanning over two decades, Stefan has held significant posts including Ambassador to Switzerland (2001-2007), Ambassador to Germany (2007-2017), and currently serving as Ambassador to the Holy See (since 2017). Concurrently, Stefan has directed Schloss Rosegg and multiple investment companies since 1996 and 1993, respectively. Prior experience includes a role in investment banking at UBS from 1988 to 1995. Stefan earned a degree in Economic Sciences from Universität Innsbruck between 1980 and 1987.
