Jennifer Allott

Jennifer Allott (nee Fussey) has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the UK HR Manager at AAK since January 2019, following roles as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner and HR Business Partner. Prior to AAK, Jennifer worked as an HR Advisor at MKM Building Supplies, where responsibilities included employee inductions, disciplinary processes, and HR policy support. Jennifer's experience also encompasses roles as an HR Assistant at MKM Building Supplies and an HR Administrator at Heron Foods, where recruitment and administration were key focuses. Earlier in their career, Jennifer held positions as a Student Customer Account Manager at Sonoco-Trident and a Customer Service Assistant at Sainsbury's. Academic qualifications include a Master’s Degree and a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management and Management, respectively, both earned from the University of Hull.
