Karla Román

Karla Román has extensive experience in the field of human resources. Karla started their career in 2003 as an Administrative Manager at AIEMAC Asociación de Industriales del Edo Mich. In 2006, they joined AAK as the Head of Human Resources NoLA and later took on the position of Head of Human Resources, where they were responsible for various core activities such as recruitment, communication, development, and training. Karla also had the opportunity to participate in global projects related to wellness plans and indicators.

Karla Román obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Human Resources from UVAQ between 2001 and 2004. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resources at ITM from 1997 to 2001.
