Moncef Tanfour

Moncef Tanfour currently serves as the Chief Strategy Officer and a member of the Executive Team at Aalberts N.V. since January 2025, focusing on strategy, mergers and acquisitions, portfolio management, divestments, and post-merger integration. Prior to this role, Moncef held several leadership positions at GRUNDFOS from July 2017 to December 2024, including Group Vice President in multiple capacities related to strategy and development. Moncef has also contributed to boards as a member at Silhorko-Eurowater A/S and MECO. Moncef’s extensive experience includes various leadership roles at Sulzer between 2004 and 2017 and a start at Roche in a graduate program in Pharma Global Technical Operations. Moncef holds a Master of Engineering from Imperial College London and an MBA with distinction from IMD, among other advanced degrees and credentials in finance and impact investing from prestigious institutions such as Harvard Business School and the University of Cambridge.
