Steve Currid

Steve Currid has over 30 years of work experience in various roles related to product design and development in the construction and plumbing industry. Steve currently serves as the Head of New Product Development at Aalberts integrated piping systems UK & ME since July 2021. Before that, they held the same position at Wavin UK from 2007 to July 2021. Prior to that, they worked as the Product Design Manager at Hepworth Plumbing Products from 2004 to 2006 and at Hepworth Building Products from 1995 to 1999. Steve also served as the Technical Director at Hepworth Plumbing Products from 1999 to 2004. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Senior Designer at Renfrew Associates from 1991 to 1995 and as a Designer at Warwick Design from 1987 to 1991.

Steve Currid attended Coventry University from 1983 to 1987, where they obtained a BA Hons degree in Industrial Design (Transportation).
